I found they had a passport application form online. This made it easy for me to know what kind of information I needed to prepare for the application.

Now, the waiting game begins. I heard it takes a few weeks to process, so I’m just chilling and waiting for that email or call saying it’s ready. Fingers crossed it comes soon! Overall, the process wasn’t too bad. The online part definitely made things smoother.
