Okay, so I’ve been needing to get an Afghanistan ID card for a while now, and I finally decided to tackle it. I heard you could do it online, so I thought, “Why not give it a shot?”
First off, I started by doing some digging online. I needed to figure out which website was the official one. Let me tell you, there are a bunch of sites out there, and it’s kinda hard to tell which ones are legit.
After spending quite some time searching, I found one website that looked promising. It had all these official-looking seals and stuff, so I figured it must be the real deal.
- I found a page where I could start the application process.
- There were a bunch of forms to fill out – you know, the usual: name, date of birth, address, all that jazz.
- I carefully entered all my info, making sure I didn’t make any typos.
Then came the part where I had to upload a photo. I had a nice picture of myself that I thought would work, so I uploaded that.
Next, I had to pay the application fee. I got my credit card and typed in the details. Fingers crossed that this part goes smoothly!
Submitting the application
After I paid, I got this confirmation message saying my application was submitted successfully. It also gave me a reference number to track my application. I made sure to write that down. Don’t wanna lose that!
Now it’s just a waiting game. The website said it could take a few weeks to process, so I guess I’ll just have to be patient. I signed up for email updates, so hopefully, I’ll get notified when there’s some news.
Honestly, the whole process was way smoother than I expected. I mean, I was a bit nervous at first, but it turned out to be pretty straightforward. I’ll keep you guys posted on how it goes, but so far, so good!
I will continue to share the progress and results of this application, I hope everyone can get what they want!
