After filling that out, I uploaded the digital copies of my documents. I double-checked to make sure I uploaded the right stuff to the right places ’cause I didn’t want to mess that up. Once that was done, I just had to submit it all. I think there was a button that said “Submit” or something like that. Clicked that and hoped for the best.
Waiting Game
So, after hitting submit, it was just a waiting game. I got an email saying they got my application, and that I had to wait a bit while they checked everything. I gotta admit, I was a little nervous during this time, refreshing my email every few minutes, wondering if they got every information they need. But it all worked out. They sent me another email saying I was approved!
The last step was to go to some office to pick up the actual license. I’m not sure if you can get it mailed, but I just went in person. They took my picture, printed out the license, and boom, I had my Sint Maarten driver’s license. It was way easier than I expected, mostly thanks to being able to do a bunch of it online.
