It said something about the only interactive public services portal and that I needed to make an order through some website using an invoice.
Here’s what I did step-by-step:
- Found the Portal: I hunted down this “Single portal” thing. It took a bit of searching, but I eventually landed on the right website.
- Filled Out the Application: There was an application form for obtaining a new driver’s license. I filled out all the details they asked for, which was pretty standard stuff. Name, address, you know the drill.
- Created an Order: Apparently, you have to create some kind of order through their system. I followed the instructions, which involved using this invoice thing, to create my order for the license.
- Waited: After submitting everything, I had to wait. I kept checking the portal to see if there were any updates on my application. It took some time, but finally, I saw that it was approved.
- Got the License: Once my application was approved, I was able to get my new Uzbekistan driver’s license. It was such a relief to finally have it in hand.
